With over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, I have developed a strong passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. My background includes extensive knowledge in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Lean Manufacturing, and 5S principles, as well as expertise in Injection Molding and Assembly Processes. As a Global Operations Excellence Senior Manager at a leading medical device company, I have successfully implemented various process improvements that have resulted in significant cost savings and increased efficiency. My ability to identify and resolve issues through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams has allowed me to consistently exceed targets and deliver results.In addition to my hands-on experience, I hold an MBA degree from Western Michigan University\'s Haworth College of Business, providing me with a strong foundation in strategic management and business operations. My education, coupled with my practical experience, has allowed me to effectively lead teams and drive business growth.I am constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge.
