As a Human Resources Advisor at BAP Pharma, I focus on leveraging my expertise in onboarding, coaching, employee relations, policy updates and administrative support to strengthen HR functions and enhance the overall employee experience. With over four years of progressive HR experience, I have contributed to optimising performance management, supporting engagement initiatives and enabling effective, people‑centred change across HR processes.In my current role, I also collaborate closely with our teams across BAP Germany and BAP US, ensuring alignment, consistency and a shared approach to HR practices across our global sites. This international partnership has strengthened my ability to work within a cross‑cultural HR environment while supporting a cohesive and positive employee experience.Before joining BAP Pharma, I gained valuable HR and employee relations experience at Atlas Facilities Management and Ceramex Ltd, where I supported managers with casework, maintained accurate documentation, coordinated recruitment activity and helped streamline day‑to‑day HR operations. My collaborative approach and commitment to a positive, people‑centred culture underpin my goal of delivering practical, impactful HR support that enables strong organisational performance.
