I’m a people-focused engineering leader who believes in developing talent, building strong teams, and creating environments where people can excel and still be fully themselves.As an Engineering VP at Presidio, I lead with service, clarity, and a commitment to helping people grow. I focus on strengthening engineering excellence, developing early-career talent, building scalable enablement programs like SPARK, and championing inclusive culture as the Executive Sponsor for WONDER (Women Opening New Doors to Elevate Realities). I am also a Distinguished Professional (PDP), which reflects my commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and developing others.Outside of Presidio, I run Strongly Rooted Solutions, my part-time coaching, speaking, and leadership development practice.
