Technology solutions are a great passion of mine. The deep expertise I gained over my many years in the industry developed as I helped organizations meet their key objectives. I am known for asking copious questions and am often referred to as the ‘Gap Analyst’. My nature is to identify where the gaps are in a process. I try to understand everything about what will and what may not work or what could work better in an existing or developing program – be it business, people, or technology based. To best accomplish that, I also try to get to know and understand the individuals behind the process. Personal relationships matter to me just as much as the business success my husband and I enjoy together.My husband, Andy Plata, and I operate as the Co-CEO\'s of the OutputLinks Communications Group and Computer Output Print & Internet (COPI) in every sense of that title. Andy and I are rarely apart, traveling the globe to meet with clients, manage projects, and attend and speak at business conferences. We collaborate on every aspect of our business and enjoy having the opportunity to provide companies around the world with strategic business, marketing, and technology assistance. With homes and family in the USA and Canada, I appreciate our family times when we gather with our four children and now three grandchildren. I have been fortunate to have a positive impact on many lives through my personal, business, and stewardship interests. One of my greatest joys is creating, managing, and funding the Women of Distinction program.
