Programme managed a large part of a Transformation Programme with the migration of a number of blue chip clients from other organisaitons into the new Capita CCM Platform. This included Desktop migration, Telephony Migration and data migration. A number of applications along with MI. • Responsible for Steering committee and producing Programme updates on a fortnightly basis to the CCM board.• Dealing and managing ongoing resource conflicts, and a number of constraints in terms of technical knowledge within the organization.
