ABOUT JULIE ONOFRIO
It may sound silly to say, but I describe project management as my art form. For some people it\'s music, for some people it\'s cooking, but for me it\'s bringing calm planning and sensible action into hectic situations. In the past 10+ years, I have held a multitude of project manager titles at organizations ranging from medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies, and marketing agencies. In these roles I\'ve learned a few key lessons, such as: when delivering bad news, keep it short and direct; when reporting a problem, always come with a solution prepared; and that the cornerstones of effective project management are organization and likability.
