ABOUT JULIE OCONNOR

A connector by nature, I have always been at the center of building successful long-term relationships. Throughout my career, I have led countless customer-focused initiatives, cultivating and nurturing business relationships that have produced recurring business and a network of referrals. Working across a variety of business categories, with owners and individuals, I am conscientious that each of them has its own unique business challenges. Listening to their needs and concerns, I am able to assess and evaluate a variety of options, negotiating on their behalf so that I can offer the best coverage, all at a fair price. With a deep understanding of the customer sales journey, I leverage my years as a sales and marketing executive to identify their problem and provide a solution. Providing the best customer service is foundational and I find that by putting the customer first, you achieve a better outcome for everyone involved.
