As an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal with over 20 years of litigation experience, she is skilled in working on multi-district, complex IP litigation and appellate matters, and Inter Partes Review matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Ms. Oseland\'s focus is assisting in all phases of the litigation process from pre-litigation planning through discovery and the identification and collection of electronic data, to trial attendance and presentation of electronic evidence at trial by the use of trial presentation software.
