Lead a team focused on using \"Voice of the Customer\" insights and other data to pinpoint opportunities for process and experience-related improvements across our customers\' end-to-end journey. For our residential customers, this means working cross-functionally to make the solar experience as easy as possible, while finding ways to enhance homeowner value over the lifetime of their system. For installers, this means working across EverBright to eliminate partner pain points, so that the experience of doing business with EverBright is a good one. So far, the CX team\'s insights and improvement recommendations have contributed to more than a dozen enhancements that are anticipated to improve the customer experience for years to come.
