WORK HISTORY
Water Stewardship Senior Manager @The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
At The Estée Lauder Companies, access to high-quality water is essential to our operations - and we’re committed to reducing our impact on local water resources through a robust water stewardship strategy, which I lead from development through implementation. As part of ELC’s Environment Health & Safety (EHS) team under the Environmental Sustainability Pillar, I focus on shaping and advancing our corporate water strategy. My work spans stakeholder engagement, water risk assessments, target setting, data collection and verification, and corporate reporting (including the annual SI & S report and CDP Water). I also drive water circularity initiatives in manufacturing and support our global sites in developing site-specific action plans aligned with the Alliance for Water Stewardship. In addition, I’ve analyzed the intersection of biodiversity and water risk to help shape our nature strategy and build the case for investing in priority watersheds. A key part of my role is stakeholder engagement - ensuring alignment, momentum, and shared ownership across teams. Most recently, I developed and led a 10-month water awareness campaign to embed water stewardship more deeply into our company culture.
