I\'m passionate about leading teams, forming relationships, and doing whatever it takes to bring new products to market to improve lives, especially for those who need it most. Whether it\'s leading a global project team or writing an SOP, I\'m in. Let\'s go. I\'m a creative problem solver, team galvanizer, and compassionate leader. People like to be on my teams because they understand the goal, they feel valued, we celebrate wins, and we have our laughs.In 2014, I started and led a multi-million-dollar business that\'s still running today. That experience taught me how hard it is to start from scratch, and why I can excel in unfamiliar territory: I learn fast and figure things out. For example, in January 2025, I stepped into my first-ever Head of Business Development role at GLOBAL. Since then, I\'ve increased prospective client engagement calls by 800%.
