If there is one thing I\'ve learned after nearly two decades working for and leading an entrepreneurial railcar leasing, rail fleet management, and rail transportation company, it\'s that integrity matters. Success in this industry is all about PEOPLE! Partnerships developing solutions is key and customer satisfaction is vitally important. My reputation is everything. Through my leadership as President, I have had the fundamental responsibility of growing Tealinc owned and leased fleet. I most enjoy engaging with customers. I have found tremendous success in designing and implementing strategic vision and direction for Tealinc thus empowering my team to execute a plan to support, work for and work with our dynamic and prestigious customers. I continue to oversee and assist in the development of our multi-year financial goals, implement KPI goals for employees and oversee organization of the Tealinc fleet. I have developed and implemented strategic processes integrating organizational communication, accuracy, and productivity for all company departments including sales, marketing, operations and accounting. When business calls for it, I roll up my sleeves and dig in to support key marketing and sales success; organize and develop Scope of Work documents; manage and contribute to media articles and research projects; and design and develop presentations to the client.
