Highly experienced Data Migration Manager and Project Manager having worked in senior roles on extremely complex multi-million pound transformation projects for Rental Services, Shipping, Construction, Services, Property, Defence and Investment organisations. Has experience of managing budgets and building and leading high performing teams.As well as being FMAAT qualified, a PRINCE2 Practitioner and having a background in Finance and Payroll, is system agnostic with working knowledge of various ERP systems (COINS, IFS, Dynamics, SAP, Agresso, Oracle, Causeway Project Accounting, Sun Systems, Selima, IFS Cloud), experienced in both project and ERP support services in both the public and private sector. Very competent at producing plans and aligning with other functions.Enjoys implementing end to end robust and repeatable processes and procedures to facilitate the interrogation, analysis, migration and validation of data which can then be used for all cycles (mock, dress rehearsal and cutover encompassing data objects relating to Finance, Procurement & Commercial, HR / Payroll and Business Winning & Projects) with a view to obtaining sign off and satisfying audit requirements.
