   Manager of ORC Investigations and Executive Protection. Responsible for the direction and support of Organized Retail Crime (ORC) investigations within the Cincinnati/Dayton, Columbus, Michigan and Central (Indiana) Divisions. Work with various business partners (Corporate Security, Asset Protection Managers, District APMs, and AP Specialists, Law Enforcement, Legal, etc.) and leverage all available investigative tools to eliminate and reduce company exposure to external and internal theft. Lead and manage executive protection details for board members and senior leaders for events across the U.S. Develop and execute security operation plans, coordinate with internal and external security and law enforcement teams, monitor and assess potential threats, and present/report security matters to senior leaders. Conduct threat assessments for both internal and external cases, coordinate with law enforcement, HR and Asset Protection Managers, and report findings and recommendations to senior management.
