I am a supervisor of Software Developers in new Clinical Workflow Teams at MEDITECH.I take pride in my work. I enjoy developing the careers of my staff and helping them grow. I am also a strong programmer myself, I have been able to resolve challenging issues. I\'m a fast learner, I teach myself and others new functionality as it arrives. I\'m obsessively organized, I track all deadlines and duties carefully to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I love documentation and am a prolific documenter, I have written hundreds of pages of useful documentation for MEDITECH over the years.Over the years I have also supported Order Management, Prescription Management, ePrescribing, Patient Care, Physician Workload Management, Physician Documentation, Patient Portal, and Mobile Rounding at MEDITECH.I majored in Computer Science at UMass Dartmouth.

   Supervisor of software developers across five clinical workflow agile teamsAccomplishments-Tripled the clinical workflow developers by hiring 10 strong software developers, bringing the number to 15. Directly supervised/on-boarded 13 of them-Project management - oversaw multiple projects and roadmaps-Established process for developers to gather project metrics during development-Product owner for new clinical workflow agile team-Scrum master for new AI agile team-Created a prompt versioning process for the AI team using Bitbucket-Learned agile methodology and helped build five new agile teams-Created and implemented a peer review rotation. Contributed to peer reviews-Integrated the new teams into existing development initiatives. Worked with management from other teams to improve coordination and communication-Learned proprietary continuous integration testing, increased unit test output from the team-Redistributed resources to successfully rescue two projects in jeopardy of missing deadlines-Presented Test-Driven Development and Behavior-Driven Development concepts to 375 virtual participants-Co-leader of the Women in Tech workplace community, and actively participated in multiple Workplace Communities.
