To manage the Occupational Health and Safety Management System for all Edrington sites- Support operational locations across the groupKey duties and responsibilities- Support for integrated emergency and fire response for UK and overseas sites - Liaising with the HSE and SEPA for regulatory inspections under CoMAH- Liaising with external auditors for international standards certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)- Internal auditor for integrated management systems- Developing appropriate arrangements to ensure that risks from contractors and third party suppliers are vetted, managed and effectively controlled. Manage the development and upkeep of the electronic control of work and permit system- Providing support and technical advice to all Managers and Directors to enable them to undertake their roles and responsibilities for environment, health, and safety- Monitoring changes in legislation and best practice to ensure continuing legal compliance and best practice- Undertaking investigations of serious incidents and accidents that addresses incident circumstances, incident causation and consider improvements that could be made for the future- Monitoring and reporting on QHSE performance and progress against objectives
