Responsible for strategy, competitive assessment, customer insights and product commercialization (scoping, business cases, launch kits, go-to-market plans and training). Utilize annual budget to build and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital/print media, direct mail, email, events, public relations, social media, telesales, video, webinars and white papers). Collaborate with external agencies, business partners and internal teams: Creative Services, Finance, IT, Legal, Product Management and Sales. • Launched Amazon Pay, American Express OptBlue, Apple Pay, Alipay, Carat, STAR Access, STAR Predictive Fraud Score, Business Track Mobile app and Payeezy eCommerce solution through agent, developer, financial institution, ISO and enterprise merchant channels. • Developed “TeleCheck Turns 50” anniversary campaign (collateral, email, video and website) to reinvigorate check acceptance portfolio. Run rate increased by 10%($25M). • Spearheaded refresh of STAR.com and TASQ.com websites to improve SEO, traffic and lead generation activity. Determined site content, design and functionality requirements. • Selected as member of task force to rollout EMV chip card technology. Created certification and training material for point-of-sale (POS) terminals and ATMs. • Oversee First Data and STAR Network presence at industry events and board meetings, including ATMIA, CNP Expo, Direct Response Forum, Dreamforce, Merchant Advisory Group, Merchant Risk Council Conference, Money 20/20 and NRF. Set objectives and messaging, plus manage pre- and post-event communication, booth design, collateral and sponsorship advertising. • Recipient of three Center Stage Awards, First Data’s top award for exceptional performance.
