Merged the BMT IRD business into the WSFS workflow. Designed workflow and tools to convert Libor based contracts to SOFR and assessed resulting basis risk. Manage IRD specific workflows: Client and trade on-boarding, swap-loan reconciliation, exposure reporting, collateral movements, sales team and client communication. Make GL and customer account entries, reconcile accounts, etc. Strong partner with accounting, item processing, loan operations, treasury, sales team, front office trading. Developing tools to manage Evergreen Letter of Credit product including notification days, invoicing and billing.Develop workflow and reconciliation tools in VBA (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Power BI. Liaise with 3rd party software provider for software reviews, bugs, etc.
