ABOUT JULIE LEEBOVE
I am a recent graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where I was an active member of the Brooklyn Law Review, Moot Court Honor Society, and Business Law Society. I successfully passed the July 2024 New York State Bar exam. During law school, I developed a strong passion for business and finance law through a business law-focused curriculum, including courses in corporate finance, securities regulation, and the law of corporations. I also wrote my Law Review Note on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), further deepening my interest in regulatory law. My experience includes internships in both litigation and transactional law. Prior to law school, I spent five years at Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 500 company, where I gained valuable experience in software implementation and developed a strong understanding of business operations. I am now seeking opportunities to leverage my academic background and professional experience in a transactional or litigation associate attorney role.
