Reporting to CIO in Denmark • Currently managing a team of 7 Business Relationship Managers; servicing 24 operating companies in 60+ countries & Group functions for Sales & Marketing, Operations & Technology, Finance & HR. • Management of a Project Management Office with a team of 14 Project Managers and Portfolio Management. • Managing a portfolio of Transformation projects within a framework of 21 million in annual investments, • Managing a program of capacity projects to enable the growth strategy of the business; through new Factory’s, sales organisations & acquisitions; It Infrastructure, Digital factory & ERP implementation (optimising capability with a dedicated team providing blueprint, estimation & execution) • Responsible for a program that delivers the IT & Infrastructure readiness to enable a 50 million+/ 7 year transformation program focused on optimising & the automation of factories & Supply chain. • Managing the Governance, IT investment framework & transfer pricing activity between IT & Business. • Creating & analysing relevant information & developing recommendations towards ‘’C’’ level executives & Digitisations board. • Facilitating senior/director stakeholder meetings in the arena of Strategic leader forums & advisory boards • Through the organisational set up of a matrix organisation; Direct People management & Site responsibility for Localised IT staff in UK, France, Netherlands, US and Canada. • Currently developing the principles for value management & & focus for 2021/22 is benefit management/realisation.
