Portfolio Oversight, work with sub servicers to assure owned, securitized, student loans and MSR portfolios are serviced in accordance with regulatory and investor requirements. Oversee relationship of Special Servicers for approximately $32billion loans) in whole loan RPL, NPL and securitized pools including all sub-servicing functions, loss mitigation, collection, default, foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO and regulatory CFPB requirements. Credit analysis of HELOC pools. Manage all Asset Manager requirements per securitization agreements. Manage Servicing Oversight Staff which includes delegation of day-to-day work to manage compliance of Delegations of Authority, establishing objectives and performance management. Manage Surveillance Vendor for compliance with all performance standards, contractural obligations and enhancements to vendor platform. Manage Interim Servicers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Conduct on-site Due Dilligence for all current and future Sub-Servicing relationships.
