As the liaison for The Hanna Team, I personally ensure that our clients receive prompt and regular communication, cohesive communication, an on-time closing, and overall exceptional mortgage service. Client care, marketing and public relations has been my passion and business for 20+ years. Conducting marketing and relationship strategy at Director’s Mortgage requires a blend of all three components, working together with our clients, team and partners. Here’s what that means in practice: For our clients, I work to understand the individual needs of each person, guiding them throughout the lending process. This includes partnering a client with the right loan officer on our team, making sure they are pursuing the best loan program for their needs and communicating with everyone involved throughout the loan. For our team, I make sure we are unified in our strategy to meet the needs of both current and potential clients. I set the tempo of our presence in the community, executing marketing campaigns and fundraising partnerships with local organizations. I’m constantly listening to feedback, using it to shape our brand and positively cultivate our relationships. For our real estate agents, builders and developer partners, I help strategize and execute marketing projects from start to finish. This can range from finding loan programs and loan officers best suited to market a builder’s particular property, to connecting pre-approved buyers to homes that have yet to hit the market.
