I am responsible for leading the UX design initiatives for the end-to-end user experience for platform, data, and AI products. I drive the design vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. I advocate for accessibility and inclusion and promote best practices across the business because it improves the experience for everyone. I work with product owners to define requirements, prioritising features based on user needs and business objectives while collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility and optimisation of the UI. I work with data scientists to translate complex data insights into actionable and understandable visualisations. I also support the design team, offering guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. I lead design critiques and workshops, encouraging constructive feedback and collaboration.
