As a business operations and human resources strategist, honed through administrative leadership in healthcare as well as in the manufacturing industry, I was tasked with overseeing the congruence of employee with policy and my two-decade career record of success underscores my expertise. After all, an idea is only as good as its practical application. I was key in setting up a start-up, creating and developing blue-print policies on which the company still operates and I have been equally instrumental in improving the processes of already established businesses for whom I have been honored to oversee operations or human resources development.
