ABOUT JULIE HYDE
Prior to working in the childcare/education environment I spent 12 years working as a regional sales manager and also as a training manager. All of the commercial positions required excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, writing daily reports and writing and implementing national training courses. I also had to draw upon my excellent time management skills, my ability to self-motivate, and my natural ability to motivate and enthuse others.I actively pursue further training opportunities for myself and the other members of my team, this not only improves everyday working knowledge but also fulfils requirements for CPD, demonstrating that I promote the development of people.
