Analyze the financial statements of over 20 Consumer Staples companies to determine current and future performance of the companies and health of their respective balance sheets. • Write reports analyzing the credit drivers of each company and the impact to credit metrics (leverage, liquidity) and bond spreads.• Produce theme notes discussing topics such as debt capacity for M&A in the sector and the impact of diet drugs to credit metrics and bond spreads.• Discuss bond valuation for each company to identify opportunities where spreads are attractive relative to the company’s capital allocation plans.• Participate in group theme notes discussing upcoming bond maturities and potential bond issuance. • Participating speaker in conferences including Women in Finance, State of the Consumer Conference, Annual Credit Conference.• Co-host on select episodes of our CreditEdge Podcasts discussing key themes in consumer staples and impact to credit markets. • Meet with clients on a regular basis to discuss credits under coverage.
