I am a Professor of Organisational Change at Durham University Business. Prior to joining academia I had 20 years of experience in the global business world, as a consultant, coach, and facilitator of change and transformation initiatives. I hold several prestigious credentials, such as PHEA, ICMCI, FME, CMBE, and CMCE, that demonstrate my commitment and excellence in my field. My mission is to help individuals, groups, and businesses understand and adapt to the complex and dynamic changes in their environments, and to gain their commitment and ownership to change. I have authored multiple books on various aspects of organisational change, such as people-centric change, engagement, leadership development, HR, and consultancy. I have also designed and delivered workshops and programmes for a diverse range of organisations and audiences worldwide.
