As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, I prepare proposals and statements of qualifications to win work for the company. I track opportunities and prepare client and project capture plans. I prepare interview materials and coach staff in presentation skills to win projects. HDR is involved in many conferences and other marketing and networking functions, in which I coordinate our invovlement, including Society of American Military Engineers conferences, golf tournaments, and mixers, Floodplain Management Association Conference, client appreciation events, and more. I also help maintain the CRM database and update staff resumes regularly. Recently, I represented HDR as a chalk artist at a fundraiser for arts for youth, Chalk It Up to Sacramento!
