Drive operational excellence in acquiring executive talent to support high growth across the enterprise in partnership with the SharkNinja ELT. Manage and develop a global team of executive recruiters in US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM who execute searches internally to reduce dependency on external search agency usage (valued at ~$6 million annually). Build infrastructure to support and execute high-caliber executive recruitment processes, practices, and standards that provide white-glove experiences for candidates and Executive Leadership Team while upholding our culture principles across the globe. Strategic Partner to ELT, Talent Management and HRBPs’ to assess internal pipeline, developing readiness strategies and areas to proactively infuse executive talent deeper in the organization. Manage all retained search firm relationships and process to drive accountability and assess executive capabilities. Manage all executive assessment programs to align leadership principles and behaviors to drive quality of hire. Participate in ELT talent reviews to determine buy borrow build strategy and execute the external search process where needed. Leveraged data and analytics to conduct a weekly Executive Search review with Board of Directors, CEO and CHRO.
