I consult with private, corporate and nonprofit organizations as a Leadership and Organization Development Consultant and Leadership Coach. I facilitate leadership development experiences for teams and individual leaders across the system (i.e. from emerging leadership to the c-suite) as well as organization development interventions, across sectors (e.g. tech, client services, healthcare, manufacturing, etc). I specialize in group development and complex interpersonal dynamics (e.g. conflict dynamics) with intact work groups and across functions. In each of these roles, I serve the already whole, resourceful and creative expertise of each client and client group so that they may bring optimal individual and group performance to the business results and stakeholders they serve.
