ABOUT JULIE FERENCE FIDRYCH

Julie Ference Fidrych is a Global Product Portfolio Lead Senior Director, Finance - SAP, leading a large-scale Future Finance transformation focused on the modernization of BCG\'s financial applications landscape. She is leading a multi-year worldwide ERP implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud at BCG, managing planning and delivery, global internal and external partnerships, cross-functional program dependencies, stakeholder management and financial oversight of the budget and resourcing for the program.
