My responsibilities as the full time Executive Director of the Greenwich Alliance for Education include-Initiated Anti-Racism DIVE training with the YWCA for our entire board and advisory council-Collaborate with community stakeholders to improve educational opportunities in Greenwich (Greenwich Public Schools administration, teachers and Board of Education, PTA\'s)-Lead a board and advisory council of 40 passionate members-Develop and maintain fundraising initiatives - Set organization strategic direction
