As a Director of Labor, I contribute a high level of specialized labor knowledge and function as part of the labor relations support team for third party hotels across the Western Region. I am a member of the Western Region Human Resources team and partner with key stakeholders including the Legal Department, America’s Labor Relations Team, Western Region Operations Team, Property Leadership Teams and Hotel Owners to ensure a cooperative organized labor relations environment consistent with the mission, values, and objectives of Marriott International.
