I am a highly organized individual that provides administrative and organizational support forthe Sr. Vice President, 4 Vice Presidents and 2 Executive Directors and their respective functional areas across a global landscape, including the supervision of daily/weekly schedules, client interface, internal and external meeting coordination and agenda preparation, as well as travel planning, expense reporting and other related departmental functions as needed. In addition to the core day-to-day responsibilities, I also provide support for a variety of functions related to the business development and global partnership efforts of the company.
