About Julie Erickson
I am a Navy veteran and business executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in federal contracting, environmental services, and infrastructure management. From commanding satellite operations in the U.S. Navy to leading multimillion-dollar programs as CEO of Stell Environmental Enterprises, I have built a career on navigating complexity, driving results, and leading teams with precision and accountability.As CEO, I oversee nationwide programs supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Transportation, and private clients — spanning environmental compliance, installation restoration, warehousing and logistics, energy programs, and infrastructure support. I am especially proud of guiding Stell through its transition from 8(a) status to successful SDVOSB and WOSB certifications, while mentoring other small businesses through 8(a) graduation and early contract wins.I bring a unique perspective at the intersection of strategy, operations, and mentorship. Whether commanding satellites, negotiating IDIQs, or helping businesses scale in the federal marketplace, my focus is the same: deliver sustainable results, grow organizations, and develop the next generation of leaders.
