Reporting to the Director of Learning as part of an eight-strong Learning, Leadership and Talent team, I am tasked with delivering the learning and development needs for internal teams across the global business. Overseeing all aspects of the global graduate programme to deliver our early talent business strategy within budget, I manage business demand for graduates, overseeing the graduate campaign and managing Assessment Centre activity against demand. I develop graduate Learning & Development plans based on the needs of current graduates using effective evaluation and analysis, sourcing the internal and external expertise to design and deliver against needs. I develop graduate training plans ensuring each graduate is developing in line with business expectation and their own career objectives.
