In charge of the Reformulation of all commercialized products for the brands LIERAC (skincare), PHYTO (haircare), JOWAE (skincare & hygiene) and ROGER & GALLET (fragrant derivatives)> Project management (15 projects simultaneously): lead and coordination of commercialized product reformulations for all brands (with Regulatory affairs, Supply, Packaging, Subcontractors.) due to raw material discontinuation/stock shortage/regulatory issue/quality issue - being R&D Technical voice for raw material replacement> Formulation : lab reformulation of all impacted formulas (skincare, haircare, hygiene, perfume derivatives): emulsions, gels, lotions, balms, oils, foamers…> Communication : animation of monthly meeting with Subcontractors and follow-ups with Direction and internal stakeholders > Management : mentoring a intern for the replacement of perfume concentrates in 147 products (3/4 of the catalog) due to regulatory constraints Also in charge of the formulation of ROGER & GALLET perfume derivatives developments (up to 15 projects simultaneously):> Formulation : multiple product-type formulation (shower gel, body milk, hand cream, oil perfume…) with a high percentage of perfume - follow-up of stabilities and chemical analysis> Product amelioration : rework of the shower gel base for cost savings while maintaining equal sensory and stability profile> Project management : coordination with internal services and reporting to Senior Project Manager> Scale-up : realisation of Laboratory Pilots (Olsa 10L) and assisting to Industrial pilots

Graduated from Ecole de Biologie Industrielle (Cergy - FRANCE), an engineer school specialized in biotechnologies, I am specialized in Conception & Development and am passionate about the cosmetic industry.
