VP of Business Development at Academy Physicians, LLC. a boutique Staffing and Recruiting Firm. I like to focus on working with great clients who are usually smaller in size, helping them locate their ideal candidate for their practice opportunity. Academy Physicians works with some of the top Healthcare employers in the US. Over the years I have had a lot of experience in managing staffing companies as well as driving the sales. During this time I earned extensive experience in recruiting top talent. I decided to direct my sales and recruiting skills by focusing on physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. We are members of the National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters and the National Association of Physician Recruiters, which gives us access to both physicians and job openings on an international scale.
