With a robust background spanning over ten years, I\'ve honed my competencies in donor engagement, ethical theory application, and strategic fundraising. Currently at New York Live Arts, my mission is to merge artistic passion with philanthropic effectiveness, planning and executing our annual gala and special events that engage our donors in our programs and artistic processes.My approach is deeply rooted in ethical practices, ensuring our team\'s goals and practices resonate with our organization\'s mission and values.In my role as a Development Manager at Yale Center for Faith & Culture, I focused on prospect research and major gift solicitation, cultivating a strong network of donors and implementing successful annual and major giving strategies. Throughout my work history, my expertise in Salesforce Lightning has been pivotal in streamlining organizational CRM processes, enhancing the capacity to connect with and steward valued supporters.
