Responsible for managing contingent workforce practices, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all Corporate, Federal, State and local regulations/policies.Manages contingent workforce activities serving as first point of contact for the engagement of but not limited to temporary workers, independent contractors, consultants. Coordinates all contracting, statements of work and computer authorization activities for the contingent workforce and vendors of the same. In concert with the legal department, develops, executes and manages legally compliant policies and procedures for the engagement and off boarding of contingency workers.Ensures all contingent workers, vendors and consultants are compliant with pre-engagement background review requirements prior to commencement of the working engagement.Collaborates with IT Security and Administrative Services- Physical Security to ensure contingent workforce access is maintained appropriately including timely permissions, suspension and revocations of access.Oversees the vendor management services contractual agreement and activities in collaboration with the VMS on site manager to ensure efficient processing, customer satisfaction, ROI for the Company and compliance with all regulations and laws.
