I am still open to short-term consultancy work (1 day a week).I am a senior Reward Specialist, and a Director of my own business called JAG Reward Solutions Ltd, with over 20 years of senior Reward Specialist experience. Prior to setting up my own business, I was the Head of Senior Management Reward for BAA Ltd (previously plc), where I held several positions for 18 years (mainly within the HR function), 10 years of which were specialising in Reward.
