Conduct initial phone screens, setup interviews with HR team and Operational stakeholders.\\\\n• Full cycle recruitment: Conduct phone screens, schedule pre-employment testing, perform\\\\nreference and background checks.\\\\n• Headhunting for permanent salaried roles, operations and corporates roles.\\\\n• Gain an understanding of various HR processes and recruitment activities to identify opportunities\\\\nand provide support in the development and implementation of improvements.\\\\n• Develop and maintain relationships with the business leaders & HR partners to be an advisor and\\\\nstrategize to fill job vacancies.\\\\n• Conduct a thorough intake conversation with the hiring manager: including diversity, sourcing and\\\\nbe able to capture the essence of the role to effectively write an enticing job description for\\\\ncandidates.\\\\nto view.\\\\n• Use pro-active sourcing and recruitment practices to find exceptional talent through social media,\\\\nnetworking, and other savvy sources related to each role.\\\\n• Present candidates that are high quality and directly in line with the hiring managers expectations.\\\\n• Effectively manage the Applicant Tracking System to communicate advancement level of each role.\\\\n• Liaise with the hiring manager and operation’s team to present offer letters and initiate background\\\\nchecks.\\\\n• Assist with all other tasks as assigned.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
