Review closing loan packages to validate that all documents are compliant. Verify dates, signatures and that all conditions are met. Review loan packages for errors; communication with Title Company, underwriters and loan officers to resolve issues prior to delivery to investors and proactively handle any issues that may arise•Closing on average 60-80 loans per month. FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional; One Time Close Loans and Refinances•Requests and reviews HUD and CD\'s, compare to finalGFE or LE and request any necessary corrections. Timely and accurate communication with title and loan officer is essential. Prepare and send final CD to borrower prior to drawing final loan documents•Prepare, review, and generate mortgage closing documents according to file specifics, department, and compliance requirements. Attention to detail and ability to work with minimum supervision is a necessity
