As Deputy CEO and COFO at Hall for Cornwall, I play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic direction and operational resilience of one of Cornwall’s leading cultural organisations. Working in close partnership with the CEO and Board, I help steer the organisation through ambitious growth—both artistically and financially—as we evolve following our capital transformation.I lead on all aspects of financial strategy, business planning, and organisational operations, ensuring the sustainability and agility needed to support our creative ambitions.
