My current role is to lead the work on the development, and implementation, of Parliament’s strategic approach to digital and data skills and capabilities in line with the needs of Parliament’s digital and data operating model. I am working on a range of skills and capability initiatives, including the establishment of a Digital & Data Skills Centre of Excellence for Parliament, embedding a Parliamentary Digital Careers Toolkit, the identification of learning and development opportunities for digital staff across Parliament, the digital and data skills development of senior leaders in Parliament, and much more.
