In this role, Ms. Bonello leverages her successful career implementing interoperable and secure end to end digital solutions for value-based care and new hybrid care models. She has over thirty years as a chief information officer across integrated delivery, community health, academic, not-for-profit, public, and pediatric organizations with the last three positions dedicated to provider payer integration and population health. She is an Epic Emeritus leader and an HIT regulatory environment expert. Most recently, Julie was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Presbyterian Health Services in charge of leading Enterprise Information Technology for both the Presbyterian Delivery System and Presbyterian Health Plan. Prior to joining Presbyterian, she was Chief Information Officer for Rush Health in Chicago, Illinois where she led strategic technology plans for population health, value based care and contract management for the Clinically Integrated Network. She has also held CIO positions at Access Community Health Network, Cook County Health and Hospital System, and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital with additional administrative leadership positions in HIM, revenue cycle, nursing, research and consulting.Ms. Bonello is a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO), an active member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and Healthcare Information System Society (HIMSS) and former CHIME Public Policy Steering Committee member.Julie earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Rush University and her master’s degree in computer science from DePaul University, both in Chicago, Illinois.
