I’m an MBA-educated leader working at the intersection of People / HR, Communications, and Transformational Change. I help organisations bring change to life in a way that colleagues genuinely connect with, making it stick, reducing resistance, and creating better colleague and client outcomes.I’m known for translating big ideas into clear, practical delivery plans, while putting colleague experience front and centre.
