Growing up I loved putting puzzles together. I believe this love has allowed me to excel in my ability to \'put the pieces together\' in the HR Learning Technology ecosystem. I\'ve been at Colgate-Palmolive going 18+years strong. I have seen and been a part of the company\'s evolution in major transformations with our teams globally. My experience is from end to end. planning, security reviews, implementation/migrations, establishing global processes, onboarding global teams and maintaining governance of these learning technologies. My joy and excitement is to see technologies in use as has the learner experiences and engages with the goal to impact the learner to drive business results.My specific expertise in the following learning technologies/providers but not limited to: SuccessFactors LMS, Degreed, Credly, Okta, MTM, LinkedIn Learning, Harvard Leading Edge, Accenture, Skillsoft, Circus Street and Avado to name a few. I bring a unique perspective to be able to get into the technical weeds, but also be able to communicate to Senior Sponsors to what it means to the business.I am open to new opportunities.
