I am the co-founder and CEO of Soul Strong Yoga, one of Central Texas’s largest and most beloved privately-owned yoga studios, proudly voted the #1 Yoga/Pilates Studio in Round Rock in 2024. I created Soul Strong Yoga with a mission to make high-quality yoga and meditation accessible to everyone, enhancing joy, vitality, and mobility for all- Built Round Rock’s premier yoga studio, serving 200+ members with 35+ staff members, offering 40+ weekly classes including yoga, barre, Pilates, meditation, and specialty workshops- Created internationally recognized Yoga Teacher Training programs, making Soul Strong Yoga one of the largest training centers in Central Texas. These programs are registered with Yoga Alliance and have trained hundreds of teachers- Launched a successful online platform, transitioning seamlessly during the pandemic to build a thriving online Yoga Teacher Training program featuring interactive lessons, presentations, videos, and a 400-page comprehensive manual- Expanded to a global reach, attracting international students through innovative online certification programs and consistent community engagement- Published the best-selling book Seasons of Sound on Amazon, co-authored to make sound healing practices accessible worldwide- Led multiple sold-out sound healing, yoga, and meditation trainings each year, cultivating a strong community of practitioners and teachers- Developed Yoga Alliance-registered Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher Certification programs, advancing education for yoga teachers locally and internationally- Built a resilient business by navigating challenges like the pandemic through innovation, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to my mission.I am proud to lead a team of compassionate, knowledgeable instructors with decades of experience.
