About Juli Briskman

I have experience in the Federal Government, schools and the private sector. Earning an MBA while working full time and later, moving a family overseas twice, helped me develop strong leadership and team building skills along with the ability to adjust quickly and effectively to new environments. A proud graduate of The Ohio State University and the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business, I recently earned a Digital Marketing Certificate at Georgetown University.    As an elected official, I represent just over constituents in Loudoun County, Va. I have served on the finance committee for five years and now serve as chair. I sit on the Virginia Association of Counties Board of Directors and the Finance & Elections Committee. I also serve as a Northern Virginia Transit Commissioner. I have worked on initiatives to improve early voting, lower childcare costs, and remap the county for better managerial control of data center growth. Since taking office in 2020, the board has lowered the real estate tax rate by 18 cents, eliminated the car decal fee and lowered the personal property car tax - all while fulling funding our excellent public education system, building a crisis receiving center, negotiating the first collective bargaining contracts in our jurisdiction and more.
